How It Works
Pipeline Qualification
The CPC in house team efficiently assesses enquiries from churches & charities across UK and Europe, based on set governance and leadership goals.
Pre-feasibility
We partner with industry experts to create project plan and commercial assessment, including design, budget, and Go/No-Go vetting by our Investment Committee.
Planning & Procurement
At this stage, the final plan and capital are secured, delivery partners are appointed, and preparations for construction tender.
